MUD is an American make-up ACADEMY founded in Los Angeles over 20 years ago and is considered nowadays the most important school in the world with over 70 locations worldwide. In Italy MUD is located in Milan and Rome.
Our Courses
Thanks to the MUD offer and courses, you can train without missing out entire semesters or years and always be one step ahead.
Our courses, divided into 3 levels + SFX, allow you to approach your dream career according to your needs, following the path that best suits you.
Beauty Corrective Certification
Level 1 is the gateway into the MUD world, it will enable you to learn basic techniques and make beauty corrective makeup.
Level 1 awards a certificate that allows you to enter the world of employment immediately. You can decide to continue with the subsequent levels if and when you wish.
Airbrush, Bridal, Studio, Fashion
The second level includes 4 modules to learn new techniques such as using the airbrush, designing and creating bridal, film and fashion make-up.
Hairstyle and Portfolio
The third level concludes the training course and includes the Hairstyle and Portfolio Development module, which includes three days of real photo shoots.
Special Effects
The SFX level allows you to learn all make-up techniques related to prosthetics up to the creation of a character makeup.

Limited number classes
Classes are of a maximum of 12 students to ensure a very high level of training and constant support.

Make-up kit and products included in the price
Each course is conducted in the classroom with the use of a professional MUD product KIT included in the price, which will be owned by students afterwards.

Enrolment must always be done through one of our consultants.
All you need to do is book a call to the location of your interest (Milan or Rome) or visit us directly. We will provide you with all the contractual details to proceed with your course registration.

In order to attend the second level directly, you will need to be in possession of a certification from another accedemia and a personal portfolio.
Once these documents have been submitted, we will send everything to MUD Europe for validation.
If you pass this stage, you will be able to take a theoretical and practical test; if you pass, you will be able to go directly to Level 2 by buying the discounted Level I kit and attending individual alignment classes.
Direct access to Level III will not be possible.
Registration for our courses includes: tuition fees, training days, make-up kit, MUD international
Each level corresponds to its own kit with all the necessary training material.
The kit will be yours personally and will remain with you outside MUD. As you attend more levels, you will add up the different kits until, during Level III, you will have an increasingly large kit with all kinds of products and tools.
We provide exclusive partner accommodation for MUD attendees, convenient for getting to the venue. Find out all the info in the dedicated section.
It is not compulsory to attend all levels, it depends on one's ambition and the skills one wants to acquire. MUD offers the possibility of attending levels at any time and not necessarily consecutively.
MUD provides a private job search group. Our certification has worldwide commercial validity and will enable you to work anywhere. Depending on the levels attended and the skills acquired, you will have more professional opportunities. Find out all the info in the dedicated section.

Accomodation
Thanks to the collaboration with various partners, MUD offers accommodation in flats only reserved for students.
